ello, my name is Yareli Vasquez-Fernandez and I'm a senior this year. I'm currently 17 and I was born in April.  I have 4 sisters and I'm the second oldest. I've been working for around 5 months. This is my first job.  I got this job because I wanted money for my upcoming trip in March 2024. Though I've been spending it recklessly I'm starting to save up now!

This will be my first and last year in journalism since I am a senior. I'm excited to see how far I will get with my writing this year. A fact about me is that I actually hate writing😆. Even though I do spend most of my time at work, I do try fit in time for out of school events. I'm also in yearbook which is helpful for journalism (I would assume).

I genuinely don't enjoy watching movies and I will only watch them if someone buys the tickets, or I'm forced to watch it. I don't like strawberry flavored stuff same goes with watermelon. If it's not in its physical form, I don't like it because I do like the fruit itself. I'm not sure what it is but it just tastes different artificial or not. I also weirdly don't enjoy coffee. I work but I don't often get tired just it's probably the same thing, but I still have energy you know🤔. I'm very open to listening to anything but I HATE country music.
