Ms. Fulton and other staff members wait for the FFA students to customize their omelets on Friday, August 18th. The breakfast is an annual start-of-school tradition.

The Santa Maria High School Agriculture Department kicked off the 2023-24 school year with its Annual Ranch Breakfast.

During Friday morning’s event, more than fifty students prepared food and welcomed hundreds of staff members and District Office employees. The breakfast included omelets, pancakes, breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, and many more delicious items, according to Saint Ag Teacher Morgan Kanemoto.

“Ever since I was a freshman, this day has always been my favorite. I enjoyed seeing all the smiles and making sure all the staff had a great start to their day.” – Student Karla Vargas.

“These breakfasts are always amazing; they get better and better every year, and I can’t wait for next year’s.” – Saint Dean of Students Jules Manfreda.
